The National Treasury has allocated Ksh894,906,667 for refurbishments and maintenance works for Nairobi State House and other state lodges in the 2025/2026 Financial Year.
As detailed in the budget estimates published in April 2025, out of the Ksh894 million, State House Nairobi will receive Ksh680,706,667.
Eldoret State Lodge was allocated Ksh60.15 million for general maintenance works, as State House Sagana was allocated Ksh15 million.
Refurbishment of buildings at Mombasa State House will cost taxpayers Ksh42.5 million, as similar works at Nakuru State House were estimated at Ksh25 million.
Meanwhile, Treasury plans to allocate Ksh24.05 million for rehabilitation works at Kisumu State Lodge and Ksh25 million for rehabilitation works at Kakamega State Lodge.
Kisii State Lodge was allocated Ksh12.5 million, while Ksh10 million was allocated for the Mechanical Garage.

Ruto Advisors’ Budget
Here is the breakdown for recurrent budget estimates for President William Ruto's advisors.
The Office of the Council of Economic Advisors, which is led by David Ndii, is projected to get Ksh92,772,156.
Meanwhile, the Office of the National Security Advisor, which is spearheaded by Monica Juma, was allocated Ksh 49,135,939.
Further, the Office of the Women's Rights Advisor was allocated Ksh45,469,118, as the Office of the Council of Climate Change Advisor will receive Ksh15,192,323.
Treasury also allocated Ksh for the Office of the Economic Transformation Ksh98,551,934.
Budget Allocations for Uhuru and Raila
In the upcoming budget, the Office of the 4th President and former Prime Minister will receive reduced budgetary allocations compared to their allocations in the current financial year.
For instance, the Office of the 4th President was allocated Ksh276,852,213, down from the current allocation of Ksh371,459,163.
The Office of the Former Prime Minister will be allocated Ksh63,267,581in the upcoming Financial Year. This is a reduction from the current allocation of Ksh87,202,695.
