The National Research Fund (NRF) is a State Corporation established under Section 32 of the Science, Technology, and Innovation Act No. 28 of 2013 to encourage research to promote Science, Technology, and Innovation.

The Agency is looking for skilled, competent, energetic, proactive, innovative, and highly committed individuals to fill the following positions;

How to Apply

Interested and qualified individuals should email their applications, along with copies of academic/professional credentials and identity cards, in PDF format to recruitment@researchfund.go.ke  with the Job Title in the subject line.

Hand-delivered applications should be dropped in a box labeled "National Research Fund Advertised Positions" on the third floor of the NACOSTI building.

Kenya Plant Health Inspectorate Service (KEPHIS) is also hiring!

The KEPHIS Act No. 54 of 2012 established KEPHIS as a State Corporation. The Service is a regulatory organisation within the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Cooperatives that is responsible for ensuring the quality of agricultural inputs and produce.

When an offer of employment is made, the successful candidate MUST produce and satisfy the requirements of Chapter Six of Kenya's 2010 Constitution by presenting copies of the following documents;

1. A valid tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA);

2. A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI);

3. A valid Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB);

And lastly, the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) is calling for applications for the 2022 internship program.

The Kenya Ports Authority KPA Internship Program 2022 aims to give young people the opportunity to develop skills that can be used in future professions, receive genuine workplace experience, and build a professional network, among other things.

To be eligible for the program;

  • Be a Kenyan citizen under the age of 35.
  • You must be an unemployed graduate from a recognised training institution who finished a relevant diploma/degree course within the last 24 months.
  • Since graduation, you should not have participated in a similar internship program or been exposed to work experience relating to your field of study.
  • Not have exited from formal employment.

NOTE: ALL Applications for internship should be supported by the applicant’s university/college or related institution’s records/certificates/transcripts.

How to Apply

In order to apply, candidates should visit the Kenya Ports Authority career portal and submit a properly completed Internship Program Application Form along with copies of their academic transcripts and documents

After reviewing the applications, the authority will make a shortlist and contact the selected candidates.

After the internship program is over, the Authority will NOT provide employment.

To fully benefit from the program's goals, successful candidates must complete the twelve-month internship program.
