The Social Health Authority (SHA) has announced 507 job vacancies targeting degree holders for various office jobs across the 47 counties.
According to a notice published on Friday, September 12, SHA announced that it was recruiting 183 senior registration and compliance officers to be based at Huduma Centers.
The 183 individuals will be tasked with carrying out the empanelment process for licensed health providers and facilities to ensure compliance with the SHA Act, and also carrying out beneficiary registration processes and addressing any issues that arise.
Targeted applicants for the senior registration and compliance officers need to have a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance/ Economics, Business, Medicine, Social Science, or Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
During the recruitment exercise, SHA will also be recruiting 96 senior claims management officers who will be tasked with reviewing, processing, and validating medical claims from healthcare providers and healthcare facilities under supervision.
Applicants for these jobs should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
Also set to be recruited are 47 Principal Registration & Compliance officers.
Other positions to be filled are senior officers for Legal, Funds Management, ICT, Corporate Communication, Customer Experience, and Supply Chain Management, among others.
SHA will also recruit internal auditors, drivers, and office assistants.

Applications can be submitted via either the application portal https://recruitment.sha.go.ke/ or physically delivered to the SHA building, 10th floor, by clearly marking the position applied for on the envelope.
The applications must contain a detailed curriculum vitae, copies of academic and professional certificates, a cover letter demonstrating suitability for the position, and contacts of at least three professional referees.
Other documentation needed includes Certificate of Good Conduct from the DCI, Tax Compliance Certificate from the KRA, HELB Clearance certificate, EACC certificate, and a report from a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
Applications must be delivered by Friday, October 3, 2025.
